System Description

CityGuide DMS is an interactive Geographical-Information-System (GIS) in form of a Java-applet.

Founded on Java 1.1-Technology from Sun Microsystems the software is capable of running online or offline independent of the existing operating system.

CityGuide DMS has ever since it's first release version 1.3 in the beginning of 1999 succesfully been used online and offline within a number of cities, communities and companies. Areas of use are for example fire-stations, city regulation departments and city surveyor's offices.

Due to permanent updates and new developments being added to the software it can rightfully claim to be absolutely unique within the Federal Republic of Germany and beyond that technically the market leader.
